Get moving with other moms! Join us on Wednesday mornings at 8:30am on The Boulevard Lawn at Uptown for free Mommy Movement classes with fitness instructors Nikki Craig & Chelsea Jawl. Bring your strollers, baby jogger or car seat, and move with other new parents.
Nikki and Chelsea will guide you through a 50 minute workout, with modifications that meet your fitness level. Bring your baby (or don’t) this is your time! All fitness levels are welcome, bring a friend or partner, baby not required.
Bring a mat and water and meet us on the lawn.
